Once all necessary of P.O is confirmed, mold flow analysis is done prior to preliminary design. Mold flow analysis information is applied for 

design of gate and water lines.

Before starting tool design, draft angle study is done base on part’s structure and surface texture. Notes and suggestions are provided to 

customer if any insufficient draft angles or undercuts are found. Then parting lines, mold structure proposal, preliminary 2D design are 

submitted to customer for review and approval.
